		Release: I Hereby acknowledge that I am participating in the Fall Foliage Half Marathon at my own risk and waive all claims of every nature against the organizers, Running Away Inc., officials, sponsors, and any other participating agencies with respect to any personal loss, illness, bodily injury or death resulting from participating in these activities. I hereby expressly assume all risk of injury and release the State of New York, New York State Dept. of Transportation and any municipality through which this event passes from all liability and claims of whatever nature or cause which may occur as a result of my participation in this speed contest. I further acknowledge that No person or entity shall have the right to bring an action against the State or municipality or any person employed by the State or municipality who was acting within the scope of his/her authority for damages resulting from/on/in connection with any such race contest or exhibition. I also fully understand the rigors of such competition and have prepared myself physically for the race. At the time of registration, I will inform the race organizers regarding any relevant medical condition. I agree to follow the rules which govern road racing. I understand that my entry under no circumstances will be refunded.
